The jury awarded $156 million in damages for our client MMSteel, which was upheld by the 5th Circuit Appeals Court. See the original case with Professor Ikizler's expert work here.

Chicago Tribune,

Using Dr. Ikizler's expert testimony that included predictive modeling and industry-wide analysis, the Texas Package Stores Association appealed the District Court's ruling in its major case against Walmart. See full case here.

Boston Globe,

Our team worked with Dr. Stephen Magee and his team to calculate business litigation damages (lost profits and patent infringement) against tech giant Google, Inc. Parties settled for $90 million right before trial. Our calculations included advanced time-series econometric analysis, and predictive modeling for the location determination of technologies market.
