Why IAMECON?
Founded in 2018 in Austin, Texas by Dr. Devrim Ikizler, IAMECON — Intelligent Analytics and Modeling, Inc. — was built to bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and real-world economic problems.
Dr. Ikizler serves as the firm's lead damages expert, providing testimony and economic analysis in federal and state courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and arbitration proceedings nationwide. He has been recognized by a federal jury as "the most trustworthy and reliable expert" among all testifying experts in a patent infringement trial against Amazon, and his research has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Our team develops custom economic models tailored to each engagement — from Monte Carlo simulations and Markov equilibrium frameworks to time-series econometric analyses and large-scale NLP-driven consumer research. In litigation, we build predictive damages models grounded in peer-reviewed methodology and stress-tested through deposition, Daubert hearings, and cross-examination at trial.
Beyond the courtroom, our economic research has earned federal grants totaling over $1.5 million from the National Science Foundation and the Small Business Administration. Our clients include the U.S. Department of Defense, BlackRock Investments, the Attorney General of Massachusetts, the Humane Society of the United States, and leading Am Law 100 firms.
